Haiz, don't know why
Feeling more and more tired lately
Not just physically, mentally too
Like the fuel for car running out like that
Been falling asleep without notice lately too
Maybe I should give up training for a few while?
Abit scare to go back see the Chinese physician for the accupunture
Follow up I delay for 2 weeks plus already
The needles accupunture is not a joke kz...
Though I would say it did made me felt a little much more better, though my immune system will be temporary down for a while
It's the spot that you will have to endure before you feel better
Each needle in is suppose to let you feel a super sour ache + pain
Ironically, that sensation means the needle went into the right spot
And I have 9 needles to endure -_-
1 on my stomach for my kidney, and 8 on both of my legs evenly

And if Aunty Na did not ask me on MSN if tomorrow got Kata or not, I have long forgotten about doing Kata at SKC Sunday mornings T_T
