I am an idiot, in many ways.
But am not going to explain in what ways.

Just got home after BBQ at Pasir Ris.
Guess the wind took away too much of my stamina.
At least it felt good.
Hope I will not catch a flu too fast.

Think the medicine for my weak kidney is working.
Now I don't feel cold that fast as last time.
Peeps always see me with jacket now know the reason eh.
So, in a way it's true that it's my second skin XP

Just that, the medicine is actually meant for 1 week's worth.
But, I have not even finished all of them yet -_-
Almost 2 weeks.
Cause, I don't eat 3 meals per day always you see.

Haiz...
And am afraid of swallowing pills even though the 1 that need 8 per dosage are small.
But it's just -_-
The one that needs 3 per dosage is plastic capsule T_T
I drink more water than my meal I think sia.
Yea, it's medicine after meal...
Suay when I skip my meal eh.
Not good for the stomach......

Feeling damn sleepy right now.
Not sure what to do.
Maybe sleep early or something.
Maybe try and find game to play or something.
Just... no idea.

Though, a little high for some reason from Thursday and Saturday.
But still not sure was it because I did it the correct way or not.
Anyway, going for grading eh.
Not sure how well will it go but still need to prepare for Kata more or less.

Think if I am to do Kata with someone now, I sure take wrong steps and many other more.
Now still a bit blur on Shidachi and Uchidachi.
Don't know the spelling, too lazy to check.
And I think I already forget which one is which liaoz...
Will get mixed up if they say as Attacker and Defender.
Cause got a period of time too used to the Shidachi and Uchidachi command.
Suddenly junior ask in Attacker and Defender terms I gong liaoz >.<
Totally brain information all mixed up.
Don't know how to explain......
